General Conditions of Sale

These General Conditions of Sale (CGV) govern the use of the web application.Mockify(hereinafter "the Service"), published by the individual company Fabian LIENARD, operating under the commercial name Babiole Labs (hereinafter "the Publisher"). Access and use of the Service implies unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions by the user (hereinafter “the User”).

Mockify is a social media and chat app mockup creation tool, allowing you to generate realistic screenshots for design, marketing or content creation needs. The Service offers free features and paid features (“Mockify Premium”).

Access to Premium features requires payment for access (weekly or lifetime). The prices are indicated on the application and are expressed in euros (€) all taxes included (TTC). The Publisher reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the Service will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of validation of the order.

Payment is made by credit card via our secure payment provider (Stripe). Payment is due immediately upon subscription. For the weekly offer, the subscription is automatically renewed unless canceled.

5.1. Weekly Access

By validating your order for weekly access, you accept that the execution of the service begins immediately and you expressly waive your right of withdrawal (art. L.221-28 of the Consumer Code). No refunds will be made.

5.2. Lifetime Access

For the “Lifetime” offer, you have a commercial guarantee of7 daysfrom the date of purchase. If the service does not suit you, contact us atcontact.mockify@gmail.comwithin this period to obtain a full refund.

The weekly subscription has no long-term commitment. The User may terminate it at any time. Termination will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

The Publisher cannot be held responsible for misuse of models created via the Service (identity theft, fake news, etc.). The User is solely responsible for the content he generates and the use he makes of it.

The data collected is processed in accordance with the GDPR. The User has the right to access, rectify and delete his data by contacting the Publisher.
